- **No Callout Fee Guarantee**: From 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, you will never pay a callout fee for our plumbers. We believe you should not be charged just for having a professional arrive at your door.
- **On-Time Guarantee**: Your time matters to us. When you book between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, you will be given a two-hour appointment window. If we are late, we will give you an immediate discount of $1 for every minute past the scheduled time, up to $50.

- **Same Price Saturday and Sunday Guarantee**: We charge the same rates on weekends as we do during the week. There are no penalty rates on weekend repairs, so you can book with confidence.
