Excellent service. Came when they said, including texting 20 minutes before, quoted upfront, very professional and friendly staff who even took their boots off each time they walked through the house. We had a blocked drain which involved blasting and putting the camera down but, because it was pouring rain, they couldn’t use the camera. However, as promised, they came back within an hour to finish the job. They invoice and take payment on completion of the job and sent a quote for more work required within hours. Extremely happy.

Fantastic service! Phoned the office, booked in a consultation free inspection of the Hotwater System. The boys did an excellent job,were on time. They replaced the sewage pipes, taps and water pipes, where required and cleaned up the work area once the jobs were completed, and displayed a high degree of professionalism and qualityof work. Once again I can highly recommend them and the company they represent.

We had an emergency late one afternoon where two of our pipes blocked. Wasn’t sure who to call but we had some magnets in the fridge advertising The Plumbing Lifesaver. Our electric hot water system died on 23rd December, I called these guys and they came to assess in less than 3 hours. Taj explained the issues with our 14 year old system, and gave three reasonable quotes for a replacement. Blake and the team arrived Christmas Eve just after 8am as promised, removed the old system and installed a new one at the price point we wanted in less than 2 hours. They even cleaned up well after themselves, were very polite and friendly. Could not recommend a better service! Will definitely be returning customers. Thanks lads, and have a great Christmas!

I telephoned your number late Wednesday evening, probably after 9pm, saying we had no hot water. I was told someone would come to our address the next morning between 8 and 10 am. Mike (I hope I remember his name correctly) called at 8:30. He inspected the broken-down hot water tank and prepared a quotation within 10 minutes or so. I selected the somewhat more expensive but a higher quality option and signed the contract. Mike got on with it and before midday we had hot water. If that is not an absolutely excellent service, I can’t imagen what else it could be. One additional detail: Mike is a very pleasant young man and obviously a damn good plumber. Responded on time 2hr 30m after my initial enquiry. Quoted upfront and seriously blocked drain cleared in about 30min. Free camera inspection of pipe also carried out, and full explanation of and tips on avoiding Same again given before leaving. Friendly service.
James, Joel and the team came out to our property and were able to quickly identify the issues with the external stormwater plumbing and provide a good solution, working with the area available which involved hand excavation in some tight quarters and through wet clay. They explained everything and why things were needed, were always friendly, approachable and happy to answer all the questions we had. They arrived onsite for the inspection/quote and then the work when they had indicated, were neat and tidy with their work, cleaned up each day and left the site in a great condition at completion.
These guys were great - I called them at 4pm and they were out and fixing my issue the next morning at 7.30am. No call out fee, and reasonably priced, super friendly and explained things well - would definitely use again.
We had a great experience with The Plumbing Lifesaver. We had a big job come up when we moved in to a new house - they fit us in really quickly, the plumbers who attended were helpful, courteous, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. The team were great with the follow up as well sending out required reports etc. We’d use them again.

I called James at 3:30pm yesterday and by 9:30am today, my new water heater was installed! They came back to collect my old unit by lunch time and I’m looking forward to having hot water again soon. I’m a return customer and will call PLS first for any future plumbing needs.

We woke up to no hot water & a broken hot water tank. We contacted this service at about 9am & by 2pm we had a new hot water system installed. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient & friendly.
Harry turned up on time, have a quote, we accepted quote, he arranged for a replacement for new HWS and proceeded to remove our old unit, new one came and he fitted it up very competently and all work was finished within 2 hours!
Darcy and his offsides were very professional and presented themselves very well. Darcy explained what my options were clearly, and proceeded with the job in a timely manner. The price was surprisingly acceptable, I was also surprised to get them to come on the day I called. 5 star rating is well deserved.

Had an emergency toilet issue in the morning and called The Plumbing Lifesaver. Darcy was before lunch, identified the issue but unfortunately parts had to be ordered but that was only a 24 hr delay. Was here bright and early and completed the job Certainly a lifesaver ????
Called after hours last Thurs for an urgent gas hot water issue. Spoke to James who was calm, friendly and helped make sure the system was safe overnight. Arranged an inspection for first thing next morning. Daimon attended on time, was professional, informative and patient while options were considered. Was then able to remove and replace the old system same day ensuring no cold showers over the long weekend. Even fixed a seperate issue with the shower while on site. Life savers indeed! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I’ll be calling these guys back for any further issues
Called the Company for a semi- emergency. Jack was at my home within 45 minutes. Fixed the problem and explained what the issue was. Showed me the replacement parts and advised the price before starting the rectification. Well done Jack. A very pleasant, well presented young man who removed his workboots without asking at the door and introduced himself to my dog to reassure her he was friendly. Very happy with this Company and would certainly call them again if the need arises.

Woke up to a hot water flood when our 12 year old system gave up the ghost. Plumber was here in less than an hour and had the whole system replaced before 11:00 am. Really pleased, really impressed by the professionalism and speed.

Harry and Ryan came around to investigate the hidden leak and got the leak guy in. Because of the amount of area under concrete it was decided to cut some and bore under. Messy job but the guys did an awesome repair and cleaned up the job site Awesome job and would recommend these guys any time
